Pact No. 1

Nose: Vanilla, spice. Peppery, with maple caramel and chocolate notes. Plenty of oak and an apricot finish.

Palate: Rich notes of vanilla and cocoa, smooth honey with notes of tobacco and orange.

Finish: Smooth, long and dry with a touch of spice and fruit.

Pact No. 2

Nose: Toasted oak, caramel & maple syrup with vanilla, cocoa, tobacco leaf and dried fruits.

Palate: Slightly sweet & spicy with a velvety smooth finish.

Finish: Smooth, long and dry with a touch of spice and fruit.

Pact No. 3

Aroma: Caramel, vanilla, stone fruit, cocoa, oak.

Palate: Caramel, vanilla, creamy smooth from the barrel finish, toasted oak, apricots, higher spice than the previous pacts but still ultra-smooth for the proof.

Finish: Long lingering spice, balanced and surprisingly-smooth at this high proof,with lasting caramel and oak.
